Exotic Wooden Bungalows
Very handsome structures of 20 to 50 sqm as an average, for seasonal rental for example, made of BANKIRAI, MERBAU or TEAK, depending on the budget and the climatic conditions of the land. They are assembled, then dismantled, the various parts are numbered and a manual on paper and/or video is supplied for assembly at the client’s destination. ( Plumbing and Electricity not included)

Can a Balinese bungalow or gazebo be used outdoors all year round, even in variable weather conditions?
Yes. The exotic wood structures, dried and treated against termites and moisture, are generally designed to withstand outdoor conditions. The ironwood shingle roof ensures high durability. The walls can be single or double depending on your needs. By opting for double walls, you will have the space necessary to insert the insulation of your choice.
To preserve the natural beauty of the wood, simply apply a saturator, oil, or stain when you deem it necessary for aesthetic reasons.
